Holly is a nationally certified massage therapist who has been licensed in North Carolina since 2006. She graduated first in her class from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Charlotte, NC. She has previous training in the chiropractic field and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has advanced training in the massage field in the areas of pregnancy massage, medical massage, hot stone therapy, and cupping therapy.
In her spare time, Holly enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband of eight years and her two children, Ethan and Aubree. She also enjoys exercising, dance, music, and being outdoors.

Every type of massage has many health benefits from decreasing blood pressure to increasing the body's immune system, but I ultimately enjoy giving a client a better quality of life whether that be by bringing them a better sense of well-being and relaxation, relieving them of chronic pain, or both. I take an integrative, full-body approach with my clients. Regular massage is just one piece of the puzzle. When massage is combined with a better diet, stretching, and exercise the effects are even better. I have listed the different types of massage I offer on my services page. However, I usually use a combination of these techniques to customize my massage with a client's wants and needs."
